New Iberia– A private memorial service will be held for Windell Darek Lundy, age 59, at a later date. A native of Dallas, Texas and resident of New Iberia, Windell Lundy passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at home. Windell was an awesome dad and grandfather. Windell is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathy Lundy of New Iberia; two daughters, Amanda Lundy of Jefferson, Ohio; Kelly Knight (Eric) of Katy, Texas; son, Jeremy Giles of North Richland Hills, Texas; three grandchildren, Raiden Carmichael, Randi Carmichael and Angel Taylor all of Katy Texas; one great granddaughter, Adilynn Stetson of Katy, Texas; two brothers, Eddie Lundy of Mabank, Texas; Wayne Lundy of Orange, Texas; two sisters; Sheila Lundy of Orange, Texas; Regina Conway of Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by his parents; Alton and Betty Lundy; brother, Greg Lundy.
