Erath- Funeral Services for Mr. Wilfred LeBlanc, 81, will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 4PM with Deacon Russell Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at a later date.
Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 9AM until time of services with a recitation of the rosary at 11AM.
A native of Erath, Mr. Wilfred passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and volunteered for the LeBlanc Fire Department. In his spare time he enjoyed going to the casino and playing cards at Moo-Noo’s.
He is survived by his son, Milton LeBlanc II and his wife Angie of Erath; his daughters, Natalie LeBlanc of Erath, Tina Thibodeaux and her husband Kevin of Maurice, and Cristal LeBlanc of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Colin LeBlanc and his wife Jordan, Erin LeBlanc, Landon LeBlanc, Josh Romero, Mattie Romero, Tyler Thibodeaux, Abbi Thibodeaux, Justin Mayard, and Brinkley Mayard; and his great grandchildren, Jena LeBlanc, Hayden LeBlanc, Blair LeBlanc, and Zhyler LeBlanc.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Broussard; his parents, Milton LeBlanc and Alice Hebert; the mother of his children, Mary Lou LeBlanc; his grandchild, Jena Richard; his brother, Emery LeBlanc; and his sisters, Clara Mae Dutil, and Mable Langlinais.
The LeBlanc family would like to thank the staff members of Eastridge Assisted Living and Hospice of Acadiana for the quality of care they gave Mr. Wilfred and the LeBlanc family in their time of need.
