Teresa Zamora

Abbeville- Memorial Services for Mrs. Teresa Zamora, 84, will be held at a later date.

A native of Chile, and a resident of Abbeville, since 1980. Mrs. Teresa passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2025. She had peaceful and rewarding hobbies. She enjoyed watching her Spanish soap operas. She also enjoyed taking care of the plants and flowers outside and connecting with nature. She liked combining yard work with exercise as a great way to be active, And always up for a road trip including going to the Casinos.

She is survived by her sons, Ernesto H. Zamora of Chile, Ramon Zamora and his significant other Irene Lirette of Abbeville, and Diego Zamora of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Jessica L. Zamora-Weiss and her husband Ben, Ray E Zamora, Kristen N Zamora, and Kelli Zamora; her great-grandchildren, Gage C Broussard, Jace J Zamora and Hazel G Zamora, and many long time friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband of almost fifty years, Ernesto E Zamora; her parents, Louis R. Troncoso and Aida Miranda Troncoso; and her son, Rodrigo A Zamora.
