Shawn Judith Boudreaux Fowler

New Iberia– Funeral services will be conducted for Shawn Fowler, 63, on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:30AM at David Funeral Home Chapel of New Iberia with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Inurnment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of New Iberia on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 8:30AM until the time of service.

A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of New Iberia, Ms. Fowler passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 7:00PM at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center after a brief illness. Shawn attended Mount Carmel Academy until graduation. She then went on to work at the Registrar’s Office and The Clerk of Courts office in Iberia Parish for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and her friends and listening to live music.

She is survived by her daughters; Kristin M Fowler and Allison C Fowler; and her grandchildren; Kamryn Mayers, Knowlby Addison, Cpl. Devin Landry USMC, Kaiden Fowler, and Connor Gaspard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Preston Boudreaux and Hazel B. Mouton; her son; Lee Micheal Fowler; and a granddaughter; Brooksie Fowler.
