Funeral services for Roxanne Lynn Fox, 48, will be held Saturday September 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church.

Visitation will be held Saturday September 9, 2023 from 8:00 AM until time of services.

Roxanne was graciously given to us, on loan, by God.  He has suddenly and unexpectedly called her home to rest in his arms and be reunited with so many that have preceded her.

She blessed everyone that she knew with joy, love, kindness, laughter, quick wit, humor, and a true desire to please everyone.

No doubt a free-spirit, she made the most of every moment. As kind, sweet and compassionate as she was, many referred to her as bad-ass!  She was a beautiful lady, but never hesitated to step in to handle any situation she would witness. The bond she shared with her sister and brother was unbreakable.

After her children and family, dogs and animals were her passion. They were considered just like kids to her.

Our entire family, referred to by one of her cousins as "our tribe" will miss her. There is no stronger bond than family. Hers is large, loving, Christ-centered, always there for each other no matter the circumstance. The void she leaves will never be filled.

Selfless to the end, what better way for her to share what she had than to be an organ donor and give the gift of life to so many others!

Roxanne is survived by her children Todd, Dustin (Vanessa), Dominique (Lana), Dakota, Lindsay, and Laurynn; her mother Linda S. Fox; siblings Duke and Yvonne; grandchildren Isaak, Lanzis, Leaux, Olivia, and Vella Vae. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and uncles and aunts.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her father Rocke; maternal grandparents Roland and Phyllis Schroeder; and paternal grandparents Harry and Ann Fox.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lafayette Animal Shelter and Care Center 410 Dugas Rd. Lafayette La. 70507 or any charity of your choice.
