Lafayette- Funeral Services for Rosabell “T-Doll” Perron Boudreaux,103, will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 10:00AM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Youngsville with Father Aaron Melancon officiating.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20,2021, from 9:00AM until the time of service with a recitation of the rosary at 9:15AM. Burial will follow in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.

A native of Youngsville and a resident of Milton, Mrs. Boudreaux passed away at 8:25PM on Friday, November 12,2021 at Camelot of Broussard. Mrs. Boudreaux enjoyed quilting and sewing. She was an avid reader. One of the highlights of her life was cooking for and feeding all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and all of her grandnieces and grandnephews from all over. In 2019 she was awarded “Oldest Living Resident of Youngsville” by Mayor Ken Ritter. June 1 st is Rosabell Boudreaux Day in Youngsville. Mrs. Boudreaux was also given a Proclamation from the Louisiana State Senate via Senator Paige Cortez. Mrs. Boudreaux was proud of her large family, which included 237 immediate family descendants.

Survivors of Mrs. Boudreaux include one son; Riley Boudreaux; five daughters; Rita LeBlanc and husband Courtney of New Iberia, Barbara Kilchrist of Lafayette, Virginia Broussard of Lafayette, Corine Joseph-Stoshak and husband “JP” of Milton, and Carolyn Prejean and husband Joseph of Lafayette; twenty-two grandchildren; one hundred and sixty-four great-grandchildren; forty-three great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sanders “Doc” Boudreaux; one son, Darrel S. Boudreaux; one daughter, Myrtis Broussard; three brothers, Ruffus Perron, Leon Perron, and Dalton Perron; two sisters, Louise Perron and Mildred Perron.

Serving as pallbearers will be Germaine L. Joesph, Kevin J. Broussard, Troy J. Boudreaux, Michael R. Broussard, Thaddeus Prejean, and Leon Kilchrist.
