Pearly Joseph Everette Broussard

Pearly Joseph Everette Broussard, 79, of Youngsville passed away on June 19, 2021, peacefully at his home surrounded by family.

A memorial celebrating his life will be held at White Dove Church in Youngsville, Louisiana on Saturday, June 26 ^th , 2021, at 2 pm. This service will be officiated by Pastor Tim Miller.

Pearly is survived by his wife Trudy B. Broussard; three daughters, Danielle Lally and her husband, Michael, of Dallas, Texas, Jada LeBlanc of Lafayette, and Breanna Jarrell and her husband, Jonathan, of Bossier City; his siblings Kathy Trahan, and her husband, Ricky, of Abbeville, Marlene Guin of Houma, and Bill Broussard, and his wife, Jody, of Hagerstown, Maryland; his grandchildren Travis Broussard, Jonathan Lally, Jeremy Broussard, David Lally, and Ansley Jarrell.

He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine “Jerri” P. Broussard, his parents, Kelly and Louella Broussard, and brother Randall Broussard.

As a devoted father and devout Christian, Pearly touched the hearts of many people in his life. Always quick with words of encouragement and compassion, his presence was a blessing to each person he met.  Bolstered by an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, Pearly served as an example of how to live a life of faith for his family and friends. He loved the nation of Israel, which he traveled to in 2008. His hobbies also included gardening, watching Western movies & sports, and spending time with family.

The Broussard Family would like to express a heartfelt, sincere appreciation to Dr. Brent Rochon, the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes ICU & Our Lady of Lourdes Hospice for the amazing care and consideration you all have given to Pearly.
