Norma Jane Champagne Champeaux

Loreauville– Funeral services will be conducted for Norma Jane Champagne Champeaux, 85, on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 1:00PM at David Funeral Home Chapel of Loreauville with Father Bill Melancon officiating. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 9:30AM until the time of service with a Rosary at 12:30PM.

A native of St. Martinville and resident of Loreauville, Mrs. Norma passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 7:57PM at Iberia Medical Center. She enjoyed sitting on her patio and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children; Claudette Pattillo (Jeff) of Loreauville, Trudy Smith (Timothy) of Loreauville, and Tommy Champeaux (Serena) of New Iberia; grandchildren; Cody Pattillo (Carrie), Heath Pattillo (Stephanie), Heidi Pattillo (Mike), Hailey Delcambre (Carlos), Lani Owens (Luke), Tim Smith (Lindsay), Jayde Champeaux, Tifani Louviere (Mark), Ashley Mesa (Josh), and Amanda Rebert; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and four siblings; Patsy, Shirley, Vickie, and Steven.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roland Champeaux; her parents Steve and Velma Champagne; a son; Jamie Champeaux; a great-grandson; Bentley Smith;a daughter in law; Catherine Broussard Champeaux and a sister; Jeanette Theriot.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Cody Pattillo, Heath Pattillo, Tim Smith, Jayde Champeaux, Terry Theriot, and Buck Langlinais.

The family would like to thank the staff of Landmark of Acadiana, most of all Donna, Tamekia, Shanelle, Aaron, Amiah, and her nurse Mindy. The family would also like to thank Hospice of Acadiana.
