Melba Boudreaux Gary

New Iberia—A private family burial service was conducted for Melba B. Gary, age 95, who passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 7:35 p.m. at Autumn Grove Cottage Nursing Facility in Houston, Tx.

Melba B. Gary was born on August 13, 1926 to Nelson and Nela Vincent Boudreaux.

Melba was a loving, giving, and caring wife and mother. A wonderful friend to all who knew her.  She and her husband had a life that was filled with grace and love. They raised two sons who carried out the legacy that she and her husband instilled into them.

Melba is survived by her two sons, Lenny Gary (Denise) of Houston, Tx, and Jan Gary (Darlene) of Worcester, MA, and a bunch of grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Wilbert Gary; parents, Nelson and Nela Vincent Boudreaux.
