Melanie Ann Comeaux

Youngsville – Melanie was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 16, 2024, surrounded by family. Born on February 13, 1974 (50), she was a long-time resident of Youngsville.

She is survived by her husband, Troy; a wonderful loving son, Taylor Martin; an amazing, loving daughter, Allison Comeaux and her two sidekicks, Mollie and Reesie; one sister, Nicole Trimble and her husband Shane; her brother Damon Martin; and eight nieces and nephews, Nick and Jacob Trimble, Kiley and Ryder Beasley, Scarlett Gallagher, Sawyer Trimble, Liam Trimble, and Stellah Bailey.

Melanie’s favorite things were spending precious time with family, binge watching tv shows with her daughter and cooking with her son. Everyone who knew her knew she loved her kids more than she loved fishing. She also enjoyed chasing sunsets (with Stephanie), mud riding, hunting, spending time at her happy place, gardening, and raising butterflies.

The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Brierre and all the wonderful caring staff at Our Lady of Lourdes.

It was her wish to have blood and platelet donations made in her name to Our Lady of Lourdes.
