A graduate of Milton High School, Mary passed away on July 3, 2024, surrounded by family. She was known for her love of God. She enjoyed praying the rosary, reading her bible and going to church. She came from a big family and looked forward to getting together with all of her siblings. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She made such a loving impact on the residence and employees of Camelot. She spread the joy and love of Jesus to all she came in contact with. She always gave a wave, handshake or a big smile with everyone. She loved her nurses and CNA’s like family. She also prayed for them every day. Mary Mae loved her pastor, Vickie LaBlanc and she loved the family of God at Keys to The Kingdom Miracle Crusade. She was always eager to get to the house of the Lord to worship God with her daughter, Judy. Her pastor and church members loved Mary and prayed for her and her family. As an intercessor, she had many people call her for prayers. God heard and answered prayers.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Menard of Broussard and Debbie Faulkner and her husband Greg of Milton; a son, Randall Menard and his wife Dorothy of Milton; eight grandchildren, Tiffany Word and her husband Keith, Tyranny Blum and her husband Jason, Brandon Begnaud and his wife Sabine, Joseph Begnaud and his wife Laura, James Begnaud and his fiancé’ Ashley, Jonathan Begnaud and his wife Amanda, Shea Faulkner and Suzanne Faulkner; and sixteen great-grandchildren, Laila, Lucas, Colton, Noah, Ella, Camden, Alice-Rose, Granger, Lillian, Raylin, Carter, Emberlee, Abigail, Landon, Roman, and Hollyn.
