Loulda Wiltz Green

Abbeville- Funeral Services for Mrs. Loulda Wiltz Green, 97, will be held at Cross Pointe Church on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 12:00PM with Pastor Kenny Flaming officiating.  Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held at Cross Pointe Church of Abbeville on March 13, 2024 from 10:00AM until time of services.

A resident of Erath, Mrs. Loulda passed away on Wednesday March 6, 2024. She was a fair and generous woman that will be missed by many. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, gardening, and reading her bible. In her spare time, she prayed for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and anyone else that needed solace.

She is survived by her sons, Martin Green, Sr. his wife (Phyllis) of Abbeville, Scottie Green his wife (Ethelyn) of Abbeville, Randy Green his wife (Jenny) of Abbeville; her special sons, Tobias Green his wife (Jasmine) of San Antonio, TX, and Joshua Pomier of Lafayette; her daughters, Betty Campbell of Erath, Margaret Green of Erath, Shirley Campbell her husband (Pastor Donald Campbell, Sr.) of Abbeville, Linda Green of Leesville, LA, Brenda Brailey of Abbeville, Dorita Cole her husband (Willard) of Erath, Juanita Perro of Abbeville, Leona Antoine her husband (Harold) of Abbeville, Veronica Green of Lafayette, and Gustavia Green of New Iberia; her brother, Herbert Wiltz of Port Aurthur, TX; her sister, Wilda Jones of Abbeville; and her fifty-one grandchildren, sixty-four great grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Green; her parents, Ulysse Wiltz and Anite Darby Wiltz; her sons, Norris Green, Sr., and Loveless Green, Sr.; and her two sons-in-law, Eugene Campbell, Sr. and Phil Perro, Sr.

Serving as pallbearers will be Eugene Campbell, Jr., Joshua Pomier, Jonathan Cole, Caleb Green, Jacob Green, Loveless Green, Jr., Donald Campbell, III, Corey Cole, and Norris Green, Jr.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Scottie Green, Randy Green, Martin Green, Sr., Harold Antoine, Brandon Campbell, Fabian Campbell, Johnathan Boyd, Isaac Harris, and Zaker’El Turner.

The Green Family would like to thank the Vital Caring Home Health team Zachary, Julie, Amy, and Simone for their generous care for our mother as well as the staffing of Abbeville general, with a special thanks to Dr. Miller.
