Jules Brignac

Jeanerette – Funeral Services for Jules Brignac, 64, will be held at 12:00PM on Friday, February 28, 2025 at Frioux Funeral Chapel of Jeanerette with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating.  Interment will follow at St. John Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Jeanerette on Friday, February 28, 2025 beginning at 9:00AM until the time of the service with a recitation of the rosary at 10:00AM.

A native of Shreveport and a resident of Jeanerette, Mr. Brignac died at 3:02PM on Monday, February 24, 2025 at his residence.  Jules was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and playing sports.  He was also a member of Woodmen of the World.

He is survived by his father, Norman J. Brignac of Jeanerette; two sons, Bryan Jules Brignac and his wife Mandi of New Iberia and Brock James Brignac of Jeanerette; a daughter, Tara Lynn Brignac and her fiancé Justin Buteaux of Crowley; a brother, Brent J. Brignac; and two grandchildren, Jack Brignac and Jane Brignac.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Vidrine Brignac; and a brother, Michael A. Brignac.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bryan Brignac, Brock Brignac, Justin Buteaux, Brandon Brignac, Brent Brignac, and Brett Brignac.

Frioux-David Funeral Home of Jeanerette at 400 Provost St. (337)276-5151 will be handling the arrangements.
