Judy Lynn Marie Romero Viator

New Iberia– Funeral services will be conducted for Judy Lynn Viator, 51, on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 1:00PM at David Funeral Home Chapel of New Iberia with Father Keith Landry officiating. Inurnment will follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home Chapel of New Iberia on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 11:00AM until the time of service with a recitation Rosary at 12:30PM.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Viator passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Judy Lynn had a passion for shopping, especially when it came to buying purses, and enjoyed countless hours watching the Cooking Channel and trying out new recipes. Known for her delicious spaghetti, she took pride in her cooking and often shared her culinary creations with loved ones. She also loved to unwind with a cold beer and enjoyed dining at buffets. Above all, she cherished spending time with her friends and family, creating memories that will be treasured by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter Alayna Nicole Viator of New Iberia; her parents; Lynn Romero Sr. and Elsie Romero of New Iberia; her brother; Lynn Romero Jr. of New Iberia; niece; Katherine Romero of New Iberia; godchild; Cameron Romero of New Iberia; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Allen Paul “Paulis” Viator and her daughter Brittany Elizabeth Viator.

Honored to serve as a Pallbearer is Lynn Romero Jr.
