Judy Walker Bruno

Lafayette- Funeral Services for Mrs. Judy Walker Bruno, 78, will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 1:00PM with her son-in law, J.P Kolb, and a family friend, Grant Hebert, will be reciting the readings.

Visitation will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home from 11:00AM until time of services.

A resident of Broussard, Mrs. Judy passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at her residence. She attended McNeese State University and USL. She enjoyed playing cards, going to the movies, and gardening. She truly had a “green thumb.” She adored her cats, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and loved ones.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Bruno of Youngsville; her children, Neil Tuthill III and his wife Rebecca of Broussard, Jennifer Kolb and her husband J.P. of Youngsville; her step-children Colleen Bruno  of Lake Charles, and Jared Bruno and his wife Christine of Corpus Christi, TX.; her grandchildren, Gage  Kolb, Melanie Pardo, Madeline Bruno, Jenna-Kathryn Bruno, Beau Bruno, Samantha Bruno, and Drew  Bruno; and her sisters, Elsie Walker Austin, and Nancy Walker Maraist.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Abel Walker, and Mable Guidry Walker; and the father of her children, Neil Tuthill II.
