Jo Ann Bower Case

Lafayette – Funeral services for Jo Ann Bower Case, 67, will be held Monday February 28, 2022, at 12:00 PM in David Funeral Home with Deacon Cody Miller officiating.

Visitation will be held Monday from 8:00 AM until time of service. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

Jo Ann was a native and lifelong resident of Lafayette she loved music and dancing, she loved playing cards and was always up for a good game of Bourre’ most of all she loved spending time with her grandsons. Jo Ann passed away Wednesday February 23, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Survivors include her daughter Jehana  and her husband Adam Dugas; her grandsons Baylen, Bowen, and Hudson Dugas; her brother Dallas and his wife Jeanette Bowers; and her sister Rose Baudoin and her companion Pete Broussard.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents Edgar and Louisette Short Bower; sisters Bernice Bertrand, Bella Landry Beverly Bernard, and Mary Jane Bower; brother Russell Bower; and the father of her daughter Robert Quebedeaux.

Serving as pallbearers will be Johnny Romero, Clarence “Pearl” Romero, Mike Bowers, Logan Bowers, Kevin Romero, and Brian Romero. Honorary pallbearers will be Dallas Bowers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to defray funeral cost.
