Jeanette O'Loughlin Landry

New Iberia– Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Jeanette O’Loughlin Landry, 79, on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 1:00PM at St. Peter Catholic Church with Father Nathan Comeaux officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 10:00AM until the time of the service with a Rosary led by the Men’s Rosary Group at 11:00AM.

A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Landry passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Iberia Medical Center. Jeanette was very devout Catholic and enjoyed staying connected to her prayer partners. She also loved to crochet and watch religious programs on TV.  She was a caring and loving woman and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Victor Landry of New Iberia; sister, Sarah Latiolais and husband Gerald of New Iberia; brother, Jimmy O’Loughlin of Loreauville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Francis “Mac” O’Loughlin and Theresa Broussard O’Loughlin.
