Huey Henry Carline

Jeanerette– Funeral services will be conducted for Huey Carline, age 88, on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 11:00 p.m. at David Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Chris Holloway officiating. Burial will follow at Loisel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and resume on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.

A native of Jeanerette and a resident of Baldwin, Huey Carline passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at his son’s residence in Addis, La.

Huey was married to the love of his life, Anna Mae Tabb Carline for 58 years.  He loved his family dearly. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and spoiling them.

He enjoyed listening to Classic Country music and playing his guitar.  He liked tinkering with small engines and making repairs to them.

Huey is survived by his son Larry Carline (Stacy); grandson, Cody Carline, and granddaughter, Aimee Carline; siblings, Woodrow Carline (Kathy), and George Carline, Jr (Pam).

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae Tabb Carline; his parents, George, Sr. and Olevia Domingue Carline; grandson, Adam Carline; siblings, Dorothy Borel, Lydia Duke, Patricia Kelley, Verna Gonsoulin, Eva Louviere, Burl Carline, Clifton Carline, and Eldridge Carline.

Honored to serve as Pallbearer will friends and family.
