Earline Suire Cosse

Lafayette- Funeral Services for Mrs. Earline “Mommom” Suire Cosse, 78, will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 1:00PM with Deacon Keith Duhon officiating. Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery in Youngsville. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10:00AM until the time of services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:30AM. A native of Abbeville and a resident of Youngsville, Mrs. Earline passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. Mrs. Earline loved painting, baking, crocheting, and doing arts and crafts. She enjoyed going on cruises. Mrs. Earline was a hair dresser for 40 years and enjoyed her occupation. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by one son; Glenn Cosse and wife Linda of Youngsville; one daughter; Katherine Cosse Daigle and husband Daniel of Lafayette; two grandchildren; Chelsey Cosse Herren and her husband, Quindin Herren and Haidon Cosse; three great-great grandchildren; Kamryn Herren, Kayde Herren, and Kyree Herren; three brothers; Ivan Suire, William Suire, and Ronnie Suire; three sisters; Gloria Simmon, Theresa Ware, and Joyce Suire; a great aunt; Olite Reynolds; and an adopted grandson; Coty Michelli. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Huey P. Cosse; her parents; Wiiliam Suire, Sr. and Adea Dubois Suire; one great-grandchild; Makayla Herren; and two brothers; Cleveland Suire and Pervis Suire. Serving as pallbearers will be Quindin Herren, Haidon Cosse, Coty Michelli, Daniel James Daigle Jr., Raylon Cormier Jr., and Phillip Simmons III.
