Don Thi Nguyen

Abbeville – A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Don Thi Nguyen, 101, will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at St.  Magdalen Catholic with Fr. James Bam, Fr. Louis Richard, Fr. Thien Sai, Fr. Vu Hien and Fr. Pham Hai officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Thursday and Friday, January 4th & 5th, 2024 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM with a mass at 6:30PM each night.   Visitation will resume at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 8:00AM until time of the services.

A native of Vietnam and a resident of Oklahoma City, OK, Mrs. Nguyen died at 11:12AM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK.

She is survived by four sons, Trich Van Nguyen, Duoc Van Nguyen, Trac Van Nguyen, and Cuu Van Nguyen; and three daughters, Que Thi Hall, Bot Thi Nguyen, and Thu Thi Vo; fifty- nine grandchildren, forty-nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tinh Van Nguyen; and her parents, Tre Nguyen and Thinh Nguyen.

Serving as pallbearers will be members of her family.
