Della Trahan

Layette – Funeral services for Della Mae Hebert Trahan, 78, will be held Thursday March 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM in David Funeral Home with Deacon Keith Duhon officiating.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 9:00 AM until time of services. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

Della, a native of Arnaudville and a resident of Youngsville, grew up in and attended school in Lafayette. She was a loving wife, mother and sister. Her greatest joy was taking care of her only son Shane. Della passed away Saturday March, 5, 2022 at her residence in Youngsville.

Survivors include her husband Floyd G. Trahan Jr.; her son Shane Trahan; and her brother D.J. and his wife Kathy Benoit Hebert.

She was preceded in death by her parents Davis and Edith Guidry Hebert; and one brother Paul Hebert.
