David J. Turner

New Iberia– Memorial services will be conducted for David J. Turner, age 63, on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Cowboy Church with Pastor Kevin Rowe as officiant.

A native of Texas and resident of New Iberia, David J. Turner passed away on Monday, February 11, 2025 at Iberia Medical Center.

David was a very simple man who enjoyed the simpler things in life. He was a devote Christian. He was a man who cared deeply about his adopted son, David Padilla and his fellow church members.

He is survived by his adoptive son, David Padilla, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Turner.

The family would like to thank the staff of Iberia Medical Center all their kindness and support they shared.
