Daryl Douglas Perkins, Jr.

Lafayette- A Celebration of Life for Mr. Daryl Douglas Perkins, Jr., 58, will be held at Christian Life Center on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 2pm with Pastor Lane Nelson officiating.

A resident of Youngsville, Mr. Daryl passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. He was a Master Electrician and owned his own business, MCM Electrical Services, for 20 years. He was well known for doing electrical work for family and friends and charging them little to nothing. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and loved his mother more than anything and made it known that he wished to rest with her a week before his passing.

He is survived by his sons, Douglas Perkins of Youngsville and Adam Daryl Arabie; his daughters, Amber Perkins of Lafayette and Ashley Perkins of Youngsville; his brothers, Jason Wade Perkins of Erath, and Vincent Miller of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Kylan Perkins, Elijiah Perkins, and Christian Perkins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Daryl Douglas Perkins, Sr. and Delores L. Stagg Hollier; and his grandson, Noah Perkins.
