Abbeville - Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 11 AM at the Kingdom Hall on Highway 167 in Abbeville for Brenda Trahan dAugereau,56. Brenda was born on October 1, 1949 and died on Monday, March 27, 2006 at 7:45 PM at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette. Brother Thomas will conduct the service with burial to follow at Grace Land Cemetery in Abbeville. She is survived by her husband, Robert Dale dAugereau of Kaplan; three sons, Matthew James Trahan and his wife Trudy of Kaplan, Nathan John Stelly and his wife Kimberly of Erath, and Jonathan David Stelly of Hammond; a brother, Joseph Rene Trahan, Jr and his wife Terry of Forked Island; and a sister Mrs. J.D. Bertha Lavergne of Lafayette and a half sister Mrs. Frank Marcelne Trahan of Gonzales; a sister in law, Lydia Hebert of Abbeville and a grand daughter, Jamie L. David of New Iberia. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Rene Trahan, Sr., her mother, Elia Roger Trahan, and two brothers, Joseph Elray Trahan and Joseph Ray Trahan. The family requests that visitation be observed at David Funeral Home in Abbeville Tuesday, March 28, 2006 from 5 PM until 11 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2006 from 8 AM till 10 PM, and Thursday, March 30, 2006 from 8AM till time of service. Serving as pallbearers will be Rene Trahan Jr., Robert dAugereau, Matthew Trahan, Jonathan Stelly, Riley Trahan, and J.D. Lavergne.serving as honorary pallbear will be Paul Johnson.
