Hazel Comeaux Case

August 27, 1924 — March 28, 2006

New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Delos Case, 81, the former Hazel Comeaux on Friday, March 31, 2006 at 10:00 AM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Derise officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Case died on Tuesday, March 28, 206 at 4:05 PM at Iberia Medical Center. Visitation will begin on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 2:00 PM till 9:00 PM and resume on Friday, March 31, 206 at 8:00 AM till services. A rosary will be recited on Thursday at 7:00 PM. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Delos William Case of New Iberia, LA; her daughter, Melody Case Dupre and her husband Dean of New Iberia, LA; her grandsons, Kenneth Delos Dupre and Joel Anthony Dupre both of New Iberia, LA; her granddaughter, Casey Ann Dupre of Metarie, LA and her great grandson, Tyler Delos Dupre of New Iberia, LA. She was preceeded in death by her father, Voorhies Comeaux; her mother, Bertha Domingue Comeaux; her sister, Doris Comeaux Crisman and her brothers, Alvin and Sabre Comeaux. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Dupre, Joel Dupre, Eugene Crisman, Brian Lindsey, Ted Verret and Leroy LeCamus. Honorary pallbearers will be Perry Verret, Jerry Rabeaux and Dean Dupre. Mrs. Cases family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Acadiana. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
