New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Asee Gary the former Dona Dieu Borel at 3:00PM Friday December 29, 2006 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Charles Langlois officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:00PM Thursday by Mr. Fred Comeaux. Visitation will begin Thursday December 28, 2006 from 2:00PM till 10:00PM and again Friday from 8:00AM till service time. She died Wednesday December 27, 2006 at her residence here in New Iberia.

Mrs. Gary enjoyed going to the casino and playing cards. She also loved cooking and family gatherings.

Survivors include her husband AseeGary of New Iberia; children, Johnny Gary, Peggy Duhon, Ricky Gary and wife Theresa and Cheryl Lejeune and husband Chris all of New Iberia and Tony Gary and wife Sandy of Bush, La.; one brother Clifton Borel of Starksville, Mississipppi; one sister Theresa Mouton and husband Eugene of New Iberia; sisters-in-law, Geraldine Borel of New Iberia and Thelma Borel of St. Martinville; special care givers, Gloria Jean Romero, Tina Mouton and Rose Doucet; 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Lydia Latiolais Borel and brothers John, Joe, Fred and Dieu Dona Borel.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
