New Iberia"Funeral services for Mr. Sidney Young Graham, 51, will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. in First United Methodist Church of New Iberia. The Reverend Scott Bullock will officiate. Interment will follow in Beau Pre Cemetery, Jeanerette. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2007 from 11:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home, and will continue on Sunday from 8:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home. Mr. Graham passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at 7:45 A.M. in his Rayne residence. A native of Alexandria, LA, Mr. Graham was a New Iberia resident for many years prior to relocating to Rayne three years ago. He had spent a few years in Germany while his father served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Graham was a very compassionate, honest, and hardworking man with a wonderful sense of humor. He loved animals and enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing. Mr. Graham was a member of First United Methodist Church of New Iberia. Survivors include his sons, Cole Young Graham and companion, Amber of Rayne and Caleb Albert Graham of New Iberia; mother, Norma Ming Graham of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; sister, Lisa Hoffort of Los Angeles, CA; and grandson, Austin Cain Graham of Rayne. Preceding Mr. Graham in death were his father, Sidney Albert Graham; and sister, Joyce Kuhn. Serving as pallbearers are friends and family of Mr. Graham. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
