New Iberia"Funeral services for Tommy Henry Badeaux, 63, of New Iberia will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home. Deacon Ken Waguespack will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Patoutville. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006 from 10:30 A.M. until service time in the funeral home. Mr. Badeaux passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 5:10 p.m. in a local care facility. A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mr. Badeaux was a U.S. Navy veteran. He served as a firefighter for the City of New Iberia for many years. Mr. Badeaux was an accomplished musician, playing the keyboards and other instruments. Survivors include a son, Wade Badeaux and wife, Sherri of Lafayette; father, Henry Badeaux and wife, Ailani of Waianae, HI; grandchildren, Andrew Robarge, Macy Badeaux, and Madison Badeaux of Lafayette; sisters, Linda Clements Verret and husband, Ricky of New Iberia and Josette Badeaux Spaeth and husband, Frank of Upland, CA; brothers, David Badeaux and wife, Faith of Honolulu, HI, James Badeaux and wife, Sharon of Deer Park, WA, John Badeaux and wife, Kathy of Escondido, CA, and Paul Badeaux of Spokane, WA. Mr. Badeaux is also survived by a grandfather, William Bill Cole and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Preceding Mr. Badeaux in death are his mother, Elaine Comeaux; and grandparents, Jessie D. Comeaux Cole and Walter J. Comeaux. Serving as pallbearers are Andrew Robarge, Wade Badeaux, Ricky Verret, Jack Courrege, Johnny LeBlanc, and Errol Clements. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
