Erath - A Mass of Christian Burial for Randall James McGee, 49,will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday August 4, 2006 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 3, 2006 from 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM and will resume on Friday August 4, 2006 at 8:00 AM until time of service. Mr. McGee who died August 1,2006 at 2:55 AM was a native of Arnaudville, La. and a resident of Erath. Mr. McGee is survived by his wife Janie Schexnider McGee of Erath,La.; his Mother Thelma Boudreaux LeBlanc of Erath; son Chet McGee; stepsons, Todd Dore and his wife Denise of Erath; Clint Dore and Carl LaJaunie of New Iberia; stepdaughters Veronica Stelly of Erath; and Keri Smith of New Iberia; sister Juanita Taylor of Erath and two nephews Anthony and Willis Taylor of Lafayette. Mr. McGee is preceded in death by his father Curley Joseph McGee. Pallbearers are Chet McGee, Willis Taylor, Todd Dore, Clint Dore, Carl LaJaunie and Andy Kula. Honorary Pallbearer will be Chance Stelly. David Funeral Home of Erath is handling all the arrangements.
