View Video Tribute Lafayette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Anna Langlinais, the former Anna Young, 80, on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 3: 00PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Keith Landry officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Monday, July 6, 2009 beginning at 9:00AM until the time of the services, with a recitation of the rosary at 12:00PM. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. A native of Basile, and a resident of Youngsville, Mrs. Langlinais died at 1:30PM on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at a local Lafayette Hospital. She had been employed by the Lafayette Parish School Board as a Cook for sixteen years. Mrs. Langlinais was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, and friend who loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Anna never met a stranger. She was a true reflection of Gods loving spirit, and kindness. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her beloved companion of many years, Keith Adams; three daughters, Marla Rinberger and her husband Mike of Lafayette and their two sons Michael Rinberger of Lafayette and Mark Rinberger and his wife Ashley of Fort Worth, Texas, Teresa Adams Anderson of Indianapolis, Indiana and her son Daimeon Williams, and Rachelle Cambell and her husband David of Mt. Summit, Indiana and their two daughters Justin Thompson and her husband Rickey of New Castle, Indiana and Star Cambell of Mt. Summit, Indiana; one brother, Paul Lee Young of Elton; two sisters-in-law, Bertrella Young of New Iberia and Merna Young of Elton; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orelian Young and Calicia Fournerat Young; six brothers, Willie Young, Willis Young, Wesley Young, Holton Young, Collin Young, and Allen Young; four sisters, Vernice Y. Douget, Lizmore Y. Fruge, Eva Y. Langley, and Winnie Y. Fruge. Former husbands; Usary Bellard and Ned Landglinais. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Rinberger, Mark Rinberger, Jimmy Young, Hillary Young, Johnny Young, Charlie Young, Dean Young, and John Harold Broussard. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Paul Lee Young, Michael Rinberger, and Kenny Young. David Funeral Home of Lafayette, 316 Youngsville Highway, (337) 837-9887, is in charge of arrangements.
