Ima Day Carter

Mrs. Carter a native of Ponca City, OK and a resident of Broussard died at 8:50PM on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

She is survived by two daughters, Connie and her husband Lee Walker of Broussard, LA; and Debra and her husband Charles Schulte of Victoria, TX; a sister, Bonnie J. Kelly of Skiatook, OK; seven brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Day of Oakridge, NJ, Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Day of Green Valley, AZ, Mr. John Day, Mr. Tommy Day, and Mr. Ronnie Day all of Blackwell, OK, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Day and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Day both of Perry, OK

She was preceded in death by, her husband, Bobby G. Carter; her parents, Joe E. and Gladys Aytes Day; a daughter, Karen Carter; two brothers, Doyle and Kenny Day; a sister and her husband, Doris and Bill Ledbetter; and a brother in law, W.O. Kelly.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be her seven brother and her nephews.
