Abbeville - Funeral services for Mr. Leon Breaux, Jr. 64, will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 11:00 AM at David Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Wednesday December 27, 2006 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday December 28, 2006 at 8:00 AM until time of services. Interment will follow at St. Pauls Cemetery. Mr. Breaux a native of Lafayette and a resident of Abbeville died on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at 9:35 AM at Abbeville General Hospital. He was a self-employed welder. He is survived by his wife, Olite Hebert Breaux, one son, Calvin Breaux and wife Veronica of Abbeville; one daughter Cheryl Merrill and husband Danny of Maurice; one sister, Judy Miller and husband Richard of Abbeville; one half-sister, Leona Breaux of Kaplan; his mother, Renis Doucet Breaux, of Abbeville; two granddaughters; Sasha Primeaux , and Brandi Merrill both of Maurice; one grandson Travis Merrill of Maurice; one great-grandson Ashton Primeaux of Maurice. He was preceded in death by his father Leon Breaux, Sr. Pallbearers will be Calvin Breaux, Danny Merrill, Travis Merrill, Greg Primeaux, C.J. Boudreaux, and Dudley Guidry. David Funeral Home of Abbeville will be handling the arrangements
