Lafayette- A Funeral Service for Jeremy Clayton Addie, 19, will be held at David Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10:00 AM. with Rev.Eb Hoebel, Oran Lambright, and Bob McFatter officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2007 from 2:00PM until 9:00PM, and resume on Monday, January 8, 2007 at 8:00AM until time of service.

Jeremy was a native of Houston,Texas and a resident of Lafayette.He was born on February 17, 1987, and died on January 5, 2007. He was a diesel mechanic for ECCO and a member of Lafayette Bible Church.

He is survived by his mother, Rebecca (Becki) Addie of Lafayette; fiance, Brittney Angelle, of Lafayette; one brother, Joshua Addie and his wife Emily of Lafayette; one sister Kimberly Addie and her friend Lynn of Baton Rouge; one niece, Skyler Addie of Lafayette; Maternal Grandmother, Jean Thomson of Youngsville; Paternal Grandmother, Rita Addie of New Iberia; five aunts, Tracy Thomson of Youngsville; Diane Ferstl and her husband Gary of Coteau; Lisa Aucoin and her husband Stan of Broussard; Debbie LaBarge and her husband Brian of New Iberia; Anita Plummer and her husband Bob of New Braunsfels, Tx.; Special "Dad" Mickey Roberts of Lafayette, La. Special friends Uncle Sid, Uncle Duke and Uncle Ronnie. Several cousins and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Jerry Clayton Addie.

Pallbearers will be Derrious Williams, Alan Roberts, Todd Sisqo, Shane Tyra, brennen Angelle, Steven Barbosa, Travis Mallet, Aaron Emmerson, Jeff Mason, and Justin LeJeune.

David Funeral Home of Lafayette will be handling arrangements.
