Abbeville " Funeral Services for Evia Gaspard LeBlanc, 86, will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 2:00PM at The First United Pentecostal Church of Abbeville with Rev. J. P. Pruitt Officiating. Visitation will be held at The First United Pentecostal Church of Abbeville on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, November 30, 2006 from 9:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Mrs. LeBlanc a native of Kaplan and a resident of Lafayette died on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 9:00PM at a Lafayette hospital. She was a long time resident of New Iberia. She enjoyed going to church, and doing crafts with her senior group. She is survived by seven sons, J.D. LeBlanc of Lafayette, Joe LeBlanc of Scott, Harold LeBlanc of New Iberia, Alton LeBlanc of Alexandria, Olton LeBlanc of St Martinville, Albert Christopher LeBlanc of New Iberia, and Minus Peter LeBlanc, Jr. of Lafayette; four daughters, Velma LeBlanc of New Orleans, Velta L. Dozier of Erath, Theresa Terrie LeBlanc of Vinton, Suzanne LeBlanc of New Iberia; fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Gaspard and Altilia Duhon Gaspard; two brothers, Walter Gaspard, Utice Gaspard; four sisters, Matilda Viator, Euna Faulk, Eunice Hebert, and Ozit Faulk; and one grandchild. Pallbearers will be Harold, Joe, Olton, Alton, and Minus Peter LeBlanc, Jr., and Jessie Labit. David Funeral Home of Abbeville will be handling the arrangements
