Lafayette " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Harold John Bab Broussard, 77, will be held on Saturday April 14, 2007 at 1:00 PM at St. Anne Catholic Church with Rev. Louis Vu officiating. Visitation will be held in David Funeral Home, Friday April 13, 2007 from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary prayed at 7:00 PM and visitation will resume on Saturday April 14, 2007 at 8:00 AM until service time.Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery. Mr. Broussard a native of Milton, Louisiana and a resident of Youngsville, Louisiana died Thursday April 12, 2007 at 9:04 AM at LTAC of Acadiana in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Broussard is survived by his wife, Mabel Simon Broussard; two daughters, Karen Babineaux and her husband Howard, Jr. and Cheryl Bass all of Youngsville, Louisiana; one son, Ronnie Broussard and his wife Tammy also of Youngsville, Louisiana. Mr. Broussard is also survived by grandchildren, Kristy Bass, Tyler Romero, Colby Romero, and Matthew Broussard all of Youngsville, Louisiana. He was also blessed with a great-granddaughter Brooklynn Jayde Romero of Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Broussard was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic Broussard and Olympe Hebert Broussard; three sisters, Yolande B. Vincent, Dula B. Hardy and Gurlie Broussard; two brothers, Lindsey Broussard and Allen Broussard. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Broussard, Tyler Romero, Colby Romero, Matthew Broussard, Charles Langlinais and Howard Babineaux, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chester Vincent, Pervis Boudreaux, Ronald Vincent, Jimmy Vincent, Darrell Vincent and Lester David.
