Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial for Vanessa Leigh Richard, 43, will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 10:00AM at our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Erath on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 from 12:00PM until 10:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 6:00PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, January 18, 2007 from 8:00AM until the time of the services. Internment will follow at Migues Cemetery in Delcambre. Mrs. Richard a native of Erath and a resident of Delcambre died Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at 4:15AM at a New Iberia Hospital. She was a member of Louisiana APA Pool League, and also liked playing softball. She is survived by her mother and step father, Verna Landry and Joel Terrebonne of Delcambre; a son, Sean Richard of Delcambre; three daughters, Shauna Hebert of Delcambre, Shaundi Hebert of Abbeville, and Chanee Richard of Delcambre; two grandchildren, Trevor Viator of Delcambre, and Kohl Sonnier of Abbeville; four brothers, Ritchie Richard and Tommy Terrebonne of Erath, Lance Richard of Delcambre, and Benjie Terrebonne of Lafayette; three sisters, Mandy Richard of Erath, Sharon Hebert of Delcambre, and Mishala Flores of Meaux; and thirteen nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Ryan Richard Pallbearers will be Tommy Terrebonne, Benjie Terrebonne, Haiden Richard, Lance Richard, Robert Hebert, and Jeremy Viator. Honorary Pallbearers will be Hanns Rivet, Dennis Sonnier, Ritchie Richard, and Ethan Richard. David Funeral Home of Erath will be handling the arrangements
