New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Roy Joseph Boutte, Sr., age 92, at 11:00AM Saturday January 3, 2009 at Nativity Of Our Lady Catholic Church with Father Mike Arnaud officiating. Interment will follow in Nativity Mausoleum. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00PM until 8:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30PM. Visitation will resume Saturday from 9:00AM until time of service. A native of Loreauville and longtime resident of New Iberia Mr. Boutte died Monday December 29, 2008 at 4:00AM in a New Iberia health care facility. Survivors include his children; Jennifer Boutte Hoffpauir and husband Tim of New Iberia, Keith Boutte and wife Berry Andelin of Honolulu, Hawaii, R.J. Boutte, Jr. and wife Judy, Steve Boutte and wife Monica all of Lafayette and Seven grandchildren Ryan, Erin, and Rebecca Hoffpauir, Katherine and Scott Boutte, Lauren d"Augereau, and Matthew Boutte. The family has a special thanks to Mrs. Lorena Broussard for giving her time, love, and support. He was preceded in death by his wife; Lylia Breaux Boutte, his parents; Joseph L. Boutte and Era Decoux Boutte, five sisters; Esme Boutte, Hazel Orr, Elizabeth Haydel, Louise Boutte and Earline Migues. Pallbearers will be Matthew and Scott Boutte, Ryan and Tim Hoffpauir, Zie Thomas and Nelson Warner.
