New Iberia- Funeral Services will be conducted for Glenn James Thibodeaux, Sr., Age 54, at 2:00PM Sunday March 4, 2007 with Pastor David Denton from Highland Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Mausoleum.

Visitation will be Saturday March 3, 2007 from 3:00PM till 10:00PM and again Sunday from 8:00AM till time of service. He died Friday March 2, 2007 at 4:45AM at his residence.

Glenn was a native and lifelong resident of New Iberia. He was a self-employed carpenter for the past 33 years.

Survivors include his wife Marian Vedrine Thibodeaux of New Iberia, his Mother; Genevieve Hebert Thibodeaux of New Iberia, two daughters; Laurie T. Yingling and husband Craig and Kristen L. Thibodeaux both of New Iberia. one son; Glenn J. Thibodeaux, Jr. and wife Becky of Broussard, one granddaughter, Averie LaJaunie of New Iberia, two grandsons; Ryan M. Thibodeaux of New Iberia and Micah J. Thibodeaux of Broussard, one step-grandson; Kristopher Yingling of New Iberia, one sister; Jennifer T. Dore and husband Bert of New Iberia, Three brothers; Pat Thibodeaux and companion Sharon Boyd of New Iberia, Roger Thibodeaux and wife Garnet of Lafayette and Lynn Thibodeaux and wife Dodi of New Iberia.

He was preceded in death by his father Andrew Junius Thibodeaux, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Roger Thibodeaux, Lynn Thibodeaux, Pat Thibodeaux, Sean Thibodeaux, Blake Lemoine, Seth Lemoine, Trevin Thibodeaux and Jason Thibodeaux.

David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
