New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Adras Viator the former Rosa Hebert , age 88, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday January 31, 2006 at the David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Neel officiating . Interment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be held Monday from 4:00PM till 10:00PM and resume again on Tuesday from 8:00AM till services. Mrs. Viator died Sunday January 29, 2006 at 6:50AM in a New Iberia Hospital. A native of Youngsville she has been a resident of New Iberia most of her life She enjoyed cooking and sharing her meals with her family and friends. Mrs. Viator is survived by one son Joseph C. J.C. Viator and his wife Mary Ann of New Iberia. Two sisters, Stella Bouillion and husband Wilson of New Iberia and Ruby Pellerin and husband Roy of Avery Island. Two brothers, Axie Hebert and wife Nelda of Deridder, La. and Ellis Hebert of New Iberia. A daughter-in-law Shirley R. Viator of Broussard. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren , 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Alwyn Al Viator , her parents Gabriel and Leoncia Gary Hebert, four brothers , Walter, Leonce, Lenis and Claus Viator , a grandson Jody Viator and great grandson Brad Berard. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Hebert , Wallace Romero; Jr; Troy Viator , Rodney Viator, Terry Viator and Dustin Hebert. Honorary pallbearers are Kim Canalones and Gussie Poirrier.
