Erath - A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Paul C. Boudreaux the former Rosie Desormeaux, 89, will be held on Monday, January, 29, 2007 at 1:00PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Erath on Sunday, January 28, 2007 from 1:00PM - 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 5:00PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, January 29, 2007 from 8:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum. Mrs. Boudreaux a native of Erath and a resident of Abbeville died Friday, January 26, 2007 at 12:00PM at Abbeville General Hospital. Her family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Ronald Lahasky, the staff of Maison du Monde, the staff of Abbeville General Hospital Emergency Room, Mrs. Ann Broussard and the third floor personnel, and to her special caretaker Janice Broussard. She is Survived by her two sons, Russell and his wife Dean Delahoussaye of Erath, and Darrell and his wife Faye Boudreaux of Debarey, FL; a sister, Mrs. John (Eula) Duhon of Maurice; five grandchildren, Collette Boudreaux of Lafayette, Monica Boudreaux of Valdosta, GA, Bryan and his wife Cindy Delahoussaye of Erath, Rusty and his wife Jamie Delahoussaye of Erath, and Lori Delahoussaye and her husband Mike Arnaud of Carencro; five great grandchildren, Derek Delahoussaye of Youngsville, Bess Claire Delahoussaye of Delcambre, Mrs. Josh (Jill) Duhon of Delcambre, Brithlyn Delahoussaye of Youngsville, and Lindsey Delahoussaye of Youngsville; and two great grandchildren, Dawson Dore and Jaselyn Duhon both of Delcambre. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Boudreaux; parents, Clomere and Admaiz Fredrick Desormeaux; a son; Daniel C. Boudreaux; two brothers, Romuel and Gordy Desormeaux; and five sisters, Mrs. Lebaday (Olite) Meyers, Mrs. Edmar (Effie) Landry, Mrs. Anite Desormeaux, Mrs. Simon (Loria) Suire, and Mrs. Mabrey (Annie Mae) Dronet. Pallbearers will be Bryan and Rusty Delahoussaye, Josh, Eugene, and Thomas Duhon, and Mike Arnaud. David Funeral Home of Erath will be handling the arrangements
