New Iberia- Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Jerry Louviere the former Shirley Romero at 10:00AM Monday March 13, 2006 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mr. John Sarkies officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will begin Sunday March 12, 2006 from 4:00PM till 10:00PM with a rosary at 6:00PM. Visitation will resume Monday at 8:00AM until service time. She was a native an lifelong resident of New Iberia who enjoyed doing crafts and sewing. She is survived by her husband Jerry Louviere of New Iberia, seven children. Melinda L. Perez and husband Gerald; Terrell Louviere and fiance Laura; Troy Louviere and his wife Belinda; Trent Louviere and his wife Darlene and Todd Louviere all of New Iberia; Melissa L. Alaniz and fiance Bob Lehann and Timothy Louviere and wife Sandra all of Austin, Texas. Two brothers Roosevelt Romero of New Iberia and Aristile Romero of Erath. Grandchildren Katie Lovell ; Keenan Louviere ; Heather L. Gravois ; Staci Louviere; Kasey Louviere ; Ashley Louviere; Trent Louviere, Jr.; Chelsey Louviere; HaleyLouviere and Linzi Louviere all of New Iberia. Nicole Alaniz; Deseriee, Alana , Victoria and Joseph Louviere all Austin Texas and a Great Grandson Kamryn Louviere of New Iberia.She was preceded in death by five brothers , Robley, Lucien , Louis, Leroy, and Ernest Romero and one sister Mary Suire.
