Loreauville-Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Charles P. Buras; Sr. the former Barbara Artique age 59, at 11:00AM Wednesday March 15, 2006 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Loreauville. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM Wednesday at the Church. Interment will be in All Saints Mausoleum in Loreauville. She died at 12:10AM Saturday March 11, 2006 at her residence in Loreauville. She was a former resident of Port Sulphur, La. and a member of the VFW auxillary. She is survived by her husband Charles P. Buras; Sr. of Loreauville formerly of Port Sulphur. Two children Charles P. Buras ;Jr. and wife Lori of Port Sulphur and Cheryl Buras of Empire. Three sisters Thelma Graham of Biloxi, Mississippi and Jeannie Guilbeau and Alma Wessinger both of Lockport, La. Two brothers Robert Artigue;Sr of Port Barre, La. and Clarence Artigue of Galiano, La..Five Grandsons Toby, Austin and Cameron Buras of Port Sulphur and Shane and Derek Buras of Empire, La.. She was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin and Hortense Bergeron Artigue and two sisters Mary Lou Angelle and Rita Tomlinson. David Funeral Home of Loreauville is in charge of arrangements.
