Loreauville"A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Bernice Vincent Bern Boutte, 85, on Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Reverend Paul Onuegbe will serve as celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 17, 2006 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Visitation will continue on Saturday from 8:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home. Mrs. Boutte passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 12:10 A.M. in a New Iberia hospital. A native of St. Martinville, Mrs. Boutte was a longtime resident of Loreauville. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include her daughter, Earline Crochet and husband, Nolan of Loreauville;and grandchildren, Julaine Thibodeaux and husband, Darren of Lafayette, Brent Crochet and wife, Stephanie of Loreauville, and Claire Dooley and husband, Gannon of Loreauville. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Boutte is preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Prince and Roy Boutte; sister, Odile Thibodeaux; and brothers Oniel and Roy Vincent. Serving as pallbearers will be friends and family of Mrs. Boutte. David Funeral Home of Loreauville is entrusted with arrangements. .
