New Iberia "Memorial Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Henry Vincent the former Jeanette Bernard; Age 69, at 11:00AM Thursday April 19, 2006 at David Funeral Home Chapel. Private interment will follow at a later date. She died Sunday 04/16/06 at 10:17PM at Iberia Medical Center. Visitation will begin Thursday April 19, 2006 at 9:30AM at the funeral home till service time. She was known as an angel on earth and devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband Henry J. Vincent of New Iberia. Two daughters Kathy V. Valls and husband Scott of New Iberia and Dana V. Stokes and husband Dr. W. Perry ; Jr. also of New Iberia. Two sisters and a brother , Louise Sue Sue Escurieux of Lafayette, Carolyn Sorci of New Iberia and Dr. William A. Bernard of Cade, La. Six grandsons Stephen Valls of Iraq, Avery John Vincent, Joel B. Vincent, Justin Fourquier and Rivers Stokes all of New Iberia and William Fourquier of Lafayette.A granddaughter Lauren Valls of Baton Rouge. A great granddaughter Hallie Vincent of New Ibeira. Two step-grandchildren Aline and Steven Stokes both on New Iberia. She was preceded in death by her parents W.J. and Irene Sequra Bernard . A son, Henry J. Vincent ; Jr., a brother and sister Juliet B. Berard and Dr. Stephen Bernard. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
