Deridder- Funeral Services for Mrs. Hubert J. Frusha the former Jimmie Lou Ainsworth, age 68, at 4:00PM Thursday August 10, 2006 at Labby Funeral Home in DeRidder Louisiana. Interment will follow in Sugartown Cemetery in Sugartown, Louisiana. Visitation will begin Wednesday August 9, 2006 at David Funeral Home in New Iberia from 5:00PM till 9:00PM with a Rosary at 7:00PM and resume at Labby Funeral Home Thursday from 2:00PM till time of service. Mrs. Frusha was born, raised and graduated high school in Sugartown, Louisiana. She was a longtime resident of New Iberia. Lovingly known to locals simply as Mother, from her Delcambre, Louisiana beauty parlor to all her favorite restaurants. She loved to travel, but especially in the motor home when she could have her black lab, Sundance at her side. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy F. Fouquier and husband Kim of New Iberia and one son Jimmy R. Frusha of Prescott, Arizona. Three grandsons, Kim A. Fouquier, Jr. of Scott, Louisiana, Nicholas J. Fouquier of Metairie, Louisiana and Blake M. Fouquier of Lafayette, Louisiana. One great-grandson, Kim A. Fouquier III of North Dakota and Step-Father Lawrence Lacy of DeRidder, Louisiana. Mrs. Frusha was preceded in death by her husband Hubert J. Frusha; Mother, Christine Officer Lacy; Father, J.C. Ainsworth and Grandparents Dr. and Mrs. Officer. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720. A special note of thanks to Dr. Ed Lyons; staff at Acadiana Renal and employees at Soileau Pharmacy for helping to give quality to the last years of Mothers life.
