Lafayette - A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Sexton Comeaux the former Anna David, 91, will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, August 23, 2009 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Rex Broussard officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 10:00AM until the time of the services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at St. Anne Mausoleum. A native of Youngsville and a resident of Lafayette Mrs. Comeaux died at 5:20PM on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Lafayette, LA. She was a former member of St. Annes Ladies Alter Society. She is Survived by her son, Jerome Comeaux and his wife Donna of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. D.G. (Martha)Ford of Orange, TX; two grandsons, Richard Comeaux and his wife Tammy and Troy Comeaux and his wife Melanie of Youngsville; and four great grandchildren, Tyler Comeaux, Brittany Comeaux, Taylor Comeaux, and Allison Comeaux. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sexton Comeaux, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elie David; four sisters, Mrs. Carmen Reaux, Mrs. Waise (Mable)Easton, Mrs. Lydia Guillot, and Mrs. Robert (Della) Melancon, and three brothers; Lloyd, Frances and Clarence David. Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Comeaux, Troy Comeaux, Tyler Comeaux, O. C . Guillot, Ray Easton, and Michael Ford. David Funeral Home of Lafayette at 316 Youngsville Hwy (337)837-9887 will be handling the arrangements.
