Lafayette- A memorial celebration of Freddys life will be held at David Funeral Home Chapel in Lafayette on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 2pm for Alfredo Freddy Ruiz, 48. Freddy is a native of East Chicago, Indiana and was a resident of Lafayette. He was born on June 25, 1958 and went to be with the Lord at his residence in Lafayette at 2:30pm on Friday, November 17, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Monique Varela Ruiz of Crown Point, Indiana; a daughter, Natalia Ruiz of Crown Point, Indiana; his mother, Juana Cadiz Ruiz of Broussard, and his siblings.
