Bess Ragsdale Warner

February 7, 1917 — March 12, 2007

New Iberia- Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date for Mrs. Francis James Warner the former Bess Ragsdale, age 90 who died Monday March 12, 2007 in a local hospital. Mrs. Warner was a native of Collinsville, Texas and has been a resident of New Iberia for many years. She worked for UNOCAL and retired after many years of service. She was a member of the ASPCA and the Shriners. Survivors include her son Philip Warner of New Iberia, Grandsons; Christopher Warner and wife Marla of Fairhope, Alabama, Jeffrey Warner and wife Suzanna of Baton Rouge, La. and John Warner and wife Lyndsey of New Orleans, La. Great-grandchildren; John Philip Warner of Baton Rouge and Madilyn and Emma Warner both of Fairhope, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband; Francis James Warner, Parents; Austin E. and Bess Moore Ragsdale, brother; John Ragsdale and sister Pansy R. Edwards. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
