Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother : Jeanerette " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Raymond Frederick, the former Sylvia Sue Bourgeois, Age 71 at 1:00 PM Tuesday April 10 at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church in Jeanerette with Father Bill Crumley officiating. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Charenton. A rosary will be prayed Monday April 9, 2007 at 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Visiting hours will be observed Monday April 9, 2007 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and will resume Tuesday April 10, 2007 from 8:00 AM until time of services at the funeral Home. Mrs. Frederick died Friday April 6, 2007 at 5:35 PM at her residence in Charenton. Mrs. Frederick was a native of Jeanerette and a resident of Charenton. She enjoyed going to the casino and playing cards. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Raymond Frederick, her children Christine Blanchard and her husband Allen, Raydel Frederick and his wife Dawn, Morty Frederick and his wife Pam all of Jeanerette, Floyd Frederick and Angela Frederick both of New Iberia, Suzanna Welch and her husband Randy of Missouri, Wade Frederick of Tennessee, Rodney Frederick and his wife Karen of Florida, Rayvis Frederick and Stephanie Frederick both of New Iberia, her grandchildren, Raydel, Jr., Rydel, Chast, Dustin, Danielle and Virgie Frederick, Curtis Gonsoulin, Jr. Christopher Olivier, Jr. and Jada Hart all of New Iberia, Joshua Blanchard, Joy Frederick, Amy Charpentier, Nathan, Jason, Megan, Rayvis Frederick and Dakota Wagner all of Jeanerette, Morty Frederick, Jr. and wife Joy of Charenton, Jennifer Frederick of Florida, Floyd Frederick, Jr. and wife Jessica of Texas, Kenny Wade and Nicole Frederick of Tennessee, Jamie Thompson of Michigan and Kyle Frederick of St. Martinville, Allen and Van Blanchard of Abbeville, SanTanna Blanchard of Baldwin and Lucan Trimble of Kaplan, her great grandchildren, Amber Gaither and Robert Bergeron, Jr. both of Jeanerette, Morty Frederick, III and Kaeleigh Frederick of Charenton, Kevin, Devin and Dustin Frederick of New Iberia, Evan Frederick of Charenton, Ethan Frederick and Ronald Polidore, Jr. of New Iberia, one sister, Donna Reaux and her husband Stanley of Erath and one brother Walter Bourgeois, Jr. of Abbeville. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter Bourgeois and Ezar Hebert Bourgeois , a daughter Virgie Frederick, and a sister Elmarie Romero Serving as pallbearers will be Morty Frederick, Rayvis Frederick, Rodney Frederick, Willie Hart, Randy Welch and Shane Gauthier.
