LOVING MOTHER, DAUGHTER, AND SISTER

Jeanerette"A Mass of Christian Burial for Bridget Marie Romero, 26, will be celebrated on Monday, March 19, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. The Reverend Ed Degeyter will serve as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home, with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 P.M. Visitation will continue on Monday from 8:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home.

Miss Romero passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 5:50 P.M. in rural Iberia Parish.

A native of New Iberia and longtime resident of Jeanerette, Miss Romero had lived in Youngsville for the past two years. She was a 1999 graduate of Jeanerette High School and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Miss Romero was employed at Cajun Chef where she worked in the packaging department.

Survivors include her daughters, Briana McDaniel of Youngsville and Caitlyn Johnson of Youngsville; a son, Tyler Johnson of Youngsville; mother, Darlene Migues of Youngsville; sisters, Hope Romero of Jeanerette and Mandy Myers of Jeanerette; brothers, Scott Delcambre and wife, Holly of Germany and Linus Romero, Jr. of Alexandria; uncle, Eli Migues of Jeanerette; and aunt, Debra Prince of Jeanerette.

Preceding Miss Romero in death were her grandparents, Theresa and Clifford Migues; and nannie, Dora Coonie Landry.

Serving as pallbearers are Linus Romero, Jr., Eli Migues, Scott Delcambre, Daniel Bahwell, Jamie Gaither, and Ralph "Sonny" Pichoff, Jr.

David Funeral Home of Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
